St Lawrence Church

Friends of St Lawrence

The Friends promote the past, present and future of the beautiful and historic church on behalf of the community by raising funds for its maintenance, repair and improvement.

To date, The Friends have donated funds for the repair of the north wall of the church yard, repairs to the church porch roof and a substantial contribution towards the cost of a new church organ.

The main annual fund-raising event is the Open Gardens Weekend.

Current membership of 'The Friends' stands at 45.

New members are always welcome.
