Meeting Dates for 2011
The Parish Council meets in Little Wenlock Village Hall on the second Monday of every month except in May this year as there are local elections on the 5th May and time is needed for the results to be announced and a new Parish Council convened; August when there is no meeting; and in September when it meets on the third Monday of the month.
Meetings start at 7.30 pm but if there are visiting speakers the meeting may start at 7pm. The starting time is clearly indicated on the Parish Notice Boards.

* Easter Monday is the 25th April, hence the two meetings close together.

Parish Council Meetings Procedures
All parishioners are welcome to sit in on Parish Council meetings which take place in the Village Hall, usually at 7.30 pm on the second Monday of each month. There is a regular agenda item at the start of each meeting when members of the public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda.
Advance details of the next meeting, and minutes of the last, are always available on the parish notice boards in the bus shelter at Little Wenlock, the notice board at New Works or on the community website (www.littlewenlock.org).
